What Our Clients Say

  • Stronger physically and mentally

It’s hard for me to ask for help. PJ’s approach was innovative and authentic - I felt safe, heard, and understood throughout my post-op rehab experience. PJ’s range in knowledge and abilities shine through her therapy services. The education and information she provided after my diagnosis has been invaluable for me as I move forward on my new path.

  • Safe in My Body *trauma alert*

You don’t know what you don’t know, unless someone takes the time to reach you in a way you can understand. This is what I found with TheraSolutions. After my miscarriage, I was dumping my trauma everywhere, my body had betrayed me. I wasn’t healthy and “talk” therapy was not enough. I needed more to feel whole again. The “occupation- focused approach” is about “doing” just as much as talking. My therapist really listened to me, and not from behind a screen or desk - we were together, sometimes home or outside, and more importantly active. I am still in process, but I finally feel safe within my mind AND my own body.

  • New Diagnosis = New Identity

I look like a fit, healthy, 30-something year old. When I was given an autoimmune diagnosis (after many, many tests and appointments), I was devastated. While a diagnosis does not define me, I needed the guidance of my OT to accept and plan for my diagnosis. I have a great physician and multiple specialists, but they do not have the time/scope to provide the level of support I needed to get through that first year. The benefit of Occupational Therapy for me was not having to endure the loneliness of endlessly googling for info and search for help in chat forums; I have an expert in mental and physical wellbeing one text away! Knowing exactly who I can turn to for support for the next flare means reducing stress. Bonus, I receive services I had no idea would be so meaningful and helpful for my wellness; I am literally in better control of my health.

My OT provided resources and therapeutic services… basically provided solutions on a silver platter.
